• Transfer to an epic beach and national park located on a kurkar (calcareous sandstone) facing the seashore of Herzliya, home to one of the best beach scenes in Israel. Trek down the hidden path along the cliff and witness the Hermit House, a mosaic edifice carved out of the rock and inhabited by a local family 

• Lunch at  a micro-sized vegan Thai Restaurant run by an Israeli couple in Pardes-Hanna, an agricultural community founded in the 20th century and teeming with citrus groves and Eucalyptus Forests.
