Bursting with color and flavor, the namesake balinjera whipped up in the kitchen is made solely from local produce and ingredients from the adjacent market, making the fierce freshness of each dish hard to beat. While the balinjera plays center stage, the jovial atmosphere and authentic design is the theater itself.
